rubycocoa + rvm + Yosemite = fail (but fixed)

This is getting repetitive. Just as Mavericks broke RubyCocoa, so does Yosemite.

In fact, RubyCocoa is no longer provided with Yosemite.

Fortunately, there is a solution.

Note that step 1 is no longer strictly necessary, since the current version of RubyCocoa has been updated and now supports Ruby 2.0
